If you submitted a chargeback for an order without properly contacting us prior to submitting this accusation to your bank so that we can have a chance to properly help you, we will handle all matters in small claims court. All fees associated with the lawsuit and the cost we encountered due to the chargeback will be the responsibility of the customer. BY LAW Fraudulent chargebacks are seen as a form of fraud.
