HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You order, we process, and then we ship!

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email or text message containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. For information on when to expect your order, please visit HERE

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. Additionally, quoted transit times are estimates and not guarantees.
What shipping methods are available to the US?

We have three shipping methods available:

  • Free Standard shipping: Est. 3–9 business days through USPS
  • Expedited shipping ($15): Est. 2–3 business days through UPS
  • Next day shipping ($25): Est. 1–2 business days through UPS

Do we ship internationally

Though we have not yet shipped internationally we are accepting international orders.
How can i qualify for free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more for all US orders!

We also offer free shipping for orders at or above $200 USD for all orders to Canada! Please note, this does not apply to subscription orders and taxes must be paid upfront at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@kelashstudio.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a refund. Please note, we limit 1 refund per product for every customer — however, this policy may change depending on your case.

Return requests are done on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased on kelashstudio.com and needs to be unopened/unused. Please note, return shipping fees will not be covered and shipping costs from your order will not be refunded.

NOTE: We are not responsible for damaged or defective products if you did not purchase ROUTE PROTECTION at checkout Additionally, we understand that everyone’s skin is different and may react to our products and ingredients. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know!

This is my first time using the facial oils what should i expect?

There's a first time for everything, and we understand trying something new can be scary, but we're here to fill you in on what other brands won't. First time breakout's can occur, it's normal and this is not due to the product itself though many people would automatically assume in any situation "It's the product". Your face is a sensitive, and complex area and requires a lot of care. So it's explain this - Skin Purging !

A “purge” starts when the rate of skin’s cellular turnover (aka the speed at which new, healthy cells reach the surface of the skin) is increased. This can push old, dead cells—along with all the excess sebum and buildup that comes with them—to the surface, clogging pores and causing breakouts. During the purging process, some people will experience small clusters of specific types of acne such as “pustular breakouts, whiteheads, or blackheads”, according to Polina. However, if you’re prone to papules or cystic acne, you might experience those forms of blemishes, too.

Breakouts and purging sound like the same thing because at the most basic level, they are. The end result is the same: more breakouts.The key difference is that purging specifically occurs as a result of incorporating anew skincare product that speeds up cellular turnover—the debris wasalready theredeep beneath the surface of the skin and was going to come to light eventually. Breakouts, however, can be caused by a multitude of reasons: comedogenic ingredients, hormones, lack of exfoliation, genetics...the list goes on and on. 

With consistent use and cleansing of your face the purge will end and the ultimate glass skin will begin. So no worries it's a conditioning period and apart of the cycle it will not last we recommend consistency for 2-3 months.

Our products are not considered to be gluten-free unless stated on the packaging.

ARE YOU PARABEN- AND SULFATE-FREE?

Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re free of parabens, sulfates, and over 1350+ questionable ingredients.
DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

As always, your doctor should be your first stop, but yes, we have products that are safe for new moms and moms-to-be. If you are pregnant or nursing ask your doctor before using regardless of our website.

WILL USING OIL-BASED PRODUCTS MAKE MY SKIN MORE OILY?

Good question! Incorporating oils into your skincare routine most likely will not make your skin more oily; in fact, it may help balance skin that is prone to oil overproduction.
